How a Flip Event Works
- No play: the cards are dealt face up and run out; the best hand wins.
- Speed: a flip table finishes in minutes.
- Flip-out: in a flip-out the flip tables decide who goes on to a regular tournament stage, under the event's own rules.
Why Play a Flip
A flip is a fast lottery and a social event. Some players use it as a cheap way into a bigger tournament, when the event is a flip-out or a flip satellite.
