Information, Not Gambling

• AsiaPokerHub is a poker media site. We publish information about live poker festivals, results, news and online poker offers. We are not a gambling operator and do not accept bets or deposits.
• We check our data against official sources, but schedules, prizes and offers can change or contain errors. Always confirm the details with the organizer or the poker room before you travel or play.

Age and Your Country

• Online poker and casino offers are for adults only: 18 and over, or 21 and over where the law requires it.
• Online gambling is not legal everywhere. It is your responsibility to check and follow the law where you live. A poker room accepting players from your country does not make it legal there.
• We do not show online gambling offers to visitors from Hungary.

Partner Sites

Some links lead to poker rooms, casinos and other sites that are our partners. Their offers are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their services. How we earn from these links is explained in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Using Our Content and Data

• The texts, data, images and design of AsiaPokerHub are protected. You may read and share our pages, and quote short parts of them.
• When you quote our articles, results or schedules, name AsiaPokerHub as the source and link to the page you took them from. The link must be visible next to the quoted content and must not be marked nofollow or hidden in a script or image. Linking to our home page alone is not enough.
• Downloading or copying our calendar, schedule or results data in bulk, by scraping or any other automated means, and republishing it, is not allowed.
• If you would like to use our data, write to partners@asiapokerhub.com: access through our API is possible.
• The AsiaPokerHub name and logo may be used only as described in our Media Kit.

Liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site, from errors in the information, or from the services of partner sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, and the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
