What This Policy Covers

This policy covers asiapokerhub.com. We do not offer user accounts, newsletters or comments, so we collect very little personal data about our visitors.

Players in Our Results

Our results come from the official sources of the tournament organizers. If you are named in a result and want your name removed or replaced, write to privacy@asiapokerhub.com with the link. We handle every request within one month.

Who Receives Data

We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:

Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting and Web Analytics
Google: Google Analytics 4, Google Maps on festival pages, and Google Workspace for our email
Ahrefs: cookieless Web Analytics
Dub (dub.co): our partner links and their click statistics
ImageKit: the images on our site

Some of them are outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on an adequacy decision, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data.

Your Rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its use or a copy of it, and you can object to its use based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, for cookies with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. Write to privacy@asiapokerhub.com; we answer within one month.

Children

AsiaPokerHub is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data about children.

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page.
