Hill resort in Pahang, about 58 km from Kuala Lumpur, with Malaysia's only legal casino. It hosts Poker Dream Malaysia festivals several times a year; outside festivals live poker is limited and hard to access.[1, 2, 3]

How to Get There

From Kuala Lumpur buses leave from KL Sentral, TBS or 1 Utama to the Awana transport hub (about 1 hour), then the Awana SkyWay cable car to SkyAvenue (about 10 minutes). By car about 1 hour via the Karak Highway (Genting Sempah exit). There is no direct KLIA route described; travel via KL.[2, 7]

A hill resort in Pahang above Kuala Lumpur, reached by road or by the Awana SkyWay cable car, and home to Malaysia's only casino and its poker festivals.
